Students can solve problems that arise not only at the university -- living in the city where we study, we often notice many problems that we would like to solve.

And what issues can we address at the city level?

Adaptation of infrastructure for persons with mobility disabilities,

Creation of internships in municipal public institutions,

Expanding vehicle rental services in student campuses,

Creating communal spaces in student campuses,

development of creative spaces / creation of idea incubators,

project funding for cultural, artistic, community initiatives and events,

Night-time economy issues

and other issues arising in the city.

Five years ago, VU SR, in cooperation with Vilnius City Municipality, succeeded in establishing night public transport in the city.

Therefore, when a problem arises, it is important to analyze whether this problem is relevant to others as well, and thus work towards a better life in your municipality!
